Placing an order
We accept personal
checks, money orders and Paypal
We recommend that your
delivery date is at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding date or special
event.
Paypal terms:
To use Paypal, your
delivery date must be at least 8 week away.
If there isn't a Paypal
"buy now button", please email us with your order. We will then send you a
pay pal invoice within 24 hours.
Our Policies:
Personal checks will be
accepted if your delivery date is at least 6 weeks away
Money orders are required
if your delivery date is less than 5 weeks away
Since our items are all
custom made, we do not offer refunds.
All sales are final.
Errors made by us will be
replaced at no additional charge.
7% Tax is added to orders
placed in PA.
No Tax if you live outside
of PA
Our pictures are
copyrighted. You are NOT permitted to copy our pictures without written
concent.
Shipping
Shipping cost is generally
$20
Your item will be carefully
packed and will be fully insured against damages
Contract
Once you place your order,
you will be required to print our contract, sign it and send it to us.

Prices do not include shipping or handling. Tax will be applied to all orders
placed within Pennsylvania.
Your signature on this agreement serves as your consent to allow austrian-crystal.net
to create your designs using their best judgment and discretion based on your selections.
Full payment is due at the time your order is placed.
Checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $25.00 charge.
Money orders are required if you are ordering less than 8 weeks before your wedding.
Canceled orders will be subject to the surrender of the full payment and the completed designs.
We advise you to make your selections very carefully.
Orders are not refundable, all sales are final.
Errors made by Austrian-crystal.net will be replaced.
After your designs have been completed and delivered, any further changes or
alterations you may desire shall be charged to you including the costs of
materials, labor, shipping, handling and tax.
All shipments are fully insured against damage.
The laws of Pennsylvania will govern this agreement and venue for any dispute will be in Allegheny County, Pa. In any dispute, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover fees and costs.
